All Triasx research and design is carried out at the Brisbane engineering facility.  Acting independently of the manufacturing facility the engineering team can work in isolation without disrupting the manufacturing line and uses the latest software and hardware investigation tools available . Manufacturing

Triasx currently operates two manufacturing facilites, one in Brisbane Australia and the other in Suzhou approximately 150km North West of Shanghai in China.  Manufacturing is carried out using the latest and most advanced production management processes and tools.  All electrical testing is carried out using automated processors, and each assembly operation is controlled by a propriety bar code monitoring system which uniquely identifies the process operator, with each operation, particular serial numbered test equipment and calibration status. This system allows the collection of data and subsequent statistical analysis and yield / trend monitoring.

Triasx has considerable expertise in the area of Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing.  Summitek and Triasx Passive Intermodulation Test Sets are utilised generally allowing 100% of product supplied by Triasx to be tested for PIM before shipment to the customer

Australian Facility

The Brisbane factility is essentially used for Australian product plus the low to medium requirements  which tend to be customer specific designs due to the close relationship required with the engineering team for such work.

Suzhou Facility

The Suzhou facility is utilised for medium quantity builds.  Established to supply proven designs the Suzhou factory provides Triasx the capability to manufacture prouct in the most cost effective manner. 

Factory Accreditation
